Nature of Service
Review Friends is a fully digital platform. We provide an online review exchange service where businesses help each other grow through community-posted reviews. There are no physical products or shipments involved. All services are delivered electronically through your Review Friends account.
Account Access
Upon completing registration at Review Friends, you receive instant access to your account and dashboard. There is no waiting period. Once your account is created, you can immediately begin exploring the platform, setting up your business profile, and managing review requests.
Credit Delivery
Review credits are the currency used on Review Friends to request reviews for your business. Credits are added to your account immediately in the following cases:
- Purchased credits - added to your balance as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Earned credits - added to your balance as soon as the review you posted for another business is verified.
There is no delay in credit delivery. Your updated balance is reflected in your dashboard right away.
Review Fulfillment
When you submit a review request using your credits, the request is made available to community members who will post the review on your chosen platform. The time it takes for reviews to be posted depends on several factors:
- Spacing settings - you can choose to have reviews posted immediately or spread them out over days or weeks for a more natural appearance.
- Community availability - reviews are fulfilled by real community members, not automated systems.
- Platform requirements - some review platforms have specific requirements that may affect timing.
Because reviews are posted by real people within our community, Review Friends does not guarantee exact posting times. We do our best to fulfill requests promptly, but delivery timing will vary based on your chosen spacing settings and community member availability.
Subscription Activation
If you purchase a subscription plan, it is activated immediately upon successful payment. You will have instant access to all features and benefits included in your plan. Subscription benefits remain active for the duration of your billing period.
Service Availability
The Review Friends platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of scheduled maintenance or planned downtime, we will communicate this to users in advance through email or in-app notifications. We strive to keep any maintenance windows brief and scheduled during low-traffic hours.
