1. Overview
Review Friends is a digital service platform that facilitates review exchanges between businesses. Because our product is delivered entirely online, there are no physical goods to return. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on our platform.
2. Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your Review Friends subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your plan's features until that date.
If you have not used any credits included with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. To qualify, your account must show zero credit usage during the billing period in question.
After the 14-day window has passed, we do not offer pro-rata or partial refunds for the remainder of your billing cycle. You are welcome to continue using the service until your current period ends.
3. Credit Purchases
Review credits are non-refundable once they have been used to submit a review request. A credit is considered "used" as soon as it is applied to a review request, regardless of whether the review has been posted yet.
If you have purchased credits but have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, unused credits remain in your account but are no longer eligible for a refund.
4. Free Credits
Credits that were provided to you at no cost - such as sign-up bonuses, promotional offers, or referral rewards - are not eligible for a refund. Because no payment was made for these credits, there is nothing to refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@reviewfriends.org with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your Review Friends account
- The date of the purchase you would like refunded
- The reason for your refund request
- Your order or transaction reference number (if available)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- The refund request is made after the 14-day eligibility window
- Credits associated with the purchase have already been used
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund process
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy at our sole discretion.
