1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Review Friends ("the Platform"), operated at reviewfriends.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and subscribers.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. Account Registration
To use the features of Review Friends, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You may only create one account per person or business. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. Credit System
Review Friends operates on a credit-based system. Credits are the currency used within the Platform to request and fulfill reviews.
- Earning credits: You earn credits by posting reviews for other businesses on the Platform. Each verified review you post earns you one credit.
- Spending credits: You spend credits when you submit a review request for your own business. Each review request costs one credit.
- Purchasing credits: Credits can also be purchased directly through the Platform via our subscription plans or credit packs.
- Verification: Credits are awarded only after a review has been verified by our system as posted and live on the target platform.
- Non-transferable: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged for cash.
- Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
4. User Conduct
By using Review Friends, you agree to the following conduct guidelines:
- Honest reviews: All reviews posted through the Platform must be honest, accurate, and reflect a genuine perspective. You must not post misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- No spam: You must not use the Platform to post repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content. Spamming review requests or posting low-quality reviews is strictly prohibited.
- No fake accounts: Creating multiple accounts, using fake identities, or impersonating another person or business is not permitted.
- Platform compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Review Friends complies with the terms of service of the third-party review platforms where reviews are posted (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot).
- Respectful behavior: You must treat other users with respect. Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior will result in account termination.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Subscription Plans
Review Friends offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $5 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual Plan: $50 per year, billed annually.
Subscriptions provide access to premium features on the Platform. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, logos, and software on the Review Friends Platform are the property of Review Friends or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the review content you create and post through the Platform. However, by submitting content, you grant Review Friends a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Review Friends is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Friends and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We do not guarantee that reviews posted through the Platform will remain live on third-party platforms, as those platforms have their own moderation policies. Review Friends is not responsible for the removal of reviews by third-party platforms.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Review Friends in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits in your account at the time of termination are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
