What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency of Review Friends. You spend 1 credit to request a review for your business. You earn credits by writing honest reviews for other members. Yearly plan subscribers also receive 10 free credits each month automatically.
How does the review exchange process work?
It is simple: you sign up, add your business, and submit a review request using credits. Another member will visit your business listing and leave an honest review. In return, you can browse available review requests from others, complete them, and earn credits. All reviews go through our verification system to ensure quality.
Which platforms are supported?
Review Friends supports 11 major review platforms including Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, G2, Capterra, ProductHunt, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and the BBB. We are always looking to add more based on member feedback.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Any unused credits will stay in your account for as long as your subscription is active.
Are the reviews genuine?
Absolutely. Review Friends is not a fake review service. Every review is written by a real person who has genuinely interacted with or evaluated your business. Our verification system checks that reviews meet quality standards and comply with each platform's guidelines.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can earn more by writing reviews for other members on the platform. Yearly subscribers also receive 10 free credits each month, so your balance gets replenished automatically. There is no limit to how many credits you can earn through reviewing.
